A state-of-the-art luxury villa located in the serene neighborhood of Olipur near Comilla Cantonment. The architecture focuses on high-security boundaries, massive structural glazing, and a sophisticated minimalist aesthetic tailored for executive living.
The Challenge
Balancing the demand for massive glass facades with strict privacy requirements and thermal insulation against afternoon heat gain.
The Solution
We deployed low-E double-glazed smart windows tint-optimized for thermal control, alongside deep architectural cantilever overhangs that naturally shade the private interior zones.
